trunk mount battery kit
« on: May 01, 2007, 09:27:51 PM »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ive been looking online for a decent kit to move the battery to the trunk. prices vary from too cheap to be any good to i cant afford that. so i went out to start labeling some of the harness and my son pulls up in his 88 bmw 325, and i remembered it has a trunk mount battery. had him pop the trunk and the hood and it is going to be the route im taking. it has a good size cable from the trunk to the engine bay and terminates on a distribution block. spots for the large cable to the selenoid and also small connections for additional lighter guage connections. i think this is gonna be perfect. hitting the junk yard saturday. ought to be alot cheaper than any kit i could buy too. just thought id share. steve.
